-Our site is set up with individual warehouses
Each of our warehouses has own brands, geographic location, shipping options and restrictions if you choose to order from multiple warehouses shipping fee will then multiply.
All necessary information related to your order and payment will be provided to the email you signed up or checked out with.

Issues

If products are missing from your order, First please kindly check if there is any other packages in route.
To do that, go to your account, find your order on “My orders” page, here you will find all assigned tracking numbers and shipped orders.
If you received your order and have carefully checked all packages with no success, please contact our customer service.
-We will start an investigation with our shipping department and resolve the situation fast as possible !
Please note all products are photographed before they are placed in the package and shipped out.

In rare cases it is also possible that some products can run out of stock before we can ship it.
In this case we will ship the second package at our cost as soon as stock is refilled.

If you received a wrong item or product:
1. Please upload a photo of received items to an image upload site like imgur.com
2. Contact our customer support provide picture link and include your order number
-We will promptly investigate and resolve your situation fast as possible !

Please note all products are photographed before they are placed in the package and shipped out.
-This issue can be reported only within 10 days after receiving wrong items.

If an order arrives damaged:
1. Please take pictures of the parcel with clearly visible receiver details and
detailed pictures of the damaged products in original packing.
2. Upload photos to an image upload site like https://imgur.com
3. Contact support and Provide us picture link along with your order number.

-We will promptly take care of your situation and resolve it fast as possible !

-This issue can be reported only within 3 days of you receiving the package, please thoroughly check everything upon receiving your order!

Products  offered on 24hreup has expiry dates at least of 1 year prior to being sold.
Should you receive an outdated product please contact customer support
All brands carried in our inventory are frequently being tested in professional laboratories to ensure high-quality industry standards are being met.
If a product has not met your expectations or if you think that your product is contaminated/under-dosed -please contact our customer support and kindly describe the issue you are having.

If your order has not been delivered during
90 days after dispatch date.
-Please send us an email with your order number
after confirmation we will re-ship the full value of goods.

NOTE For safety reasons re-shipping will only be made when new receiver and shipping address is provided.
Reship will not be provided if:
Customer can’t provide new receiver and delivery address

If your order is seized:
1. Please take pictures of letter and envelope received from customs or the FDA with clearly visible receiver name.
2. Upload the photographs to an image site like imgur.com
3. Provide us picture link along with your order number.

-After confirmation we will re-ship the full value of goods.

Reship will not be provided if:
-Customer can’t provide picture of envelope and picture of letter from customs or FDA with clearly visible receiver name
-Customer can’t provide new receiver and delivery address.

Acceptance of Order
